WestCorp Solutions is seeking a AMP Rotating Reliability Analytics Specialist to support our client in Calgary. This role is located either downtown Calgary, or remotely. The successful candidate will be working within an integrated team of subject matter experts to implement instrumentation predictive analytics across an Oil & Gas Enterprise.

Key Accountabilities:

Develop, test, and validate analytics for rotating equipment including: pumps, compressors, blowers/fans and bulk handling equipment.
Develop models and predictive diagnostics in analytical platforms including but not limited to:
AVEVA Predictive Analytics (PRiSM) – Machine Learning Models.
AVEVA Process Optimization (ROMeo) – Equipment Performance KPIs.
OSI PI Asset Framework – Data Mapping, Dashboarding, Eng. Calcs.
AMS Machine Works – Wireless Vibration Monitoring.
GE APM (Meridium) – Asset Health Analytics, Dashboarding.
Provide support to the scoping, engineering, and setup of a pervasive wireless vibration monitoring program.
Map control system tag data to analytic inputs/metrics by reviewing P&IDs and historian databases.
Collect and reviewing engineering documentation for equipment specifications and system information.
Provide Innovative ideas to support asset performance management initiatives.
Provide updates to APM program team, with support to schedule, scope, and budget management.
Identify risks and issues within your area of responsibility.
Create supporting documentation or collecting information pertinent to the project.
Interface with an integrated team to work collaboratively.

Education & Experience:

Engineering Degree or Equivalent (preferably Mechanical) is required.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience is required.
Experience reading and understanding P&IDs and engineering documentation.
Quick to learn and adapt to new software tools/processes.
Innovative thinking with the use of data to provide asset insights with an interest in analytics.
Reliability principles and asset management within Oil & Gas and/or Process Industries.
Rotating equipment fundamentals and key failure modes.
Vibration condition monitoring principles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
High proficiency with MS Office suite of products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
