Customer Success Representative - JOB ID 680

WestCorp Solutions is searching for a Customer Success Representative to support our client in either Edmonton or Calgary, AB. This is an intermediate position reporting into the professional stream. The candidate will provide sales and marketing service or support where the work is progressing towards a specialized area and is increasing in complexity.

Minimum Requirements:
Post-Secondary education with Five (5) years of experience in a related field (i.e., Business, Sales, or Marketing) is required.
Bilingual – English/French is considered an asset.
Requires advanced knowledge of systems related to the work performed.
Advanced problem-solving skills.
Requires effective interpersonal, written, & verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented; Able to prioritize & balance multiple tasks.
Understanding of financial risk, operational risk & need for controls.
Ability to conduct intermediate analysis & present clear/concise results.
Understanding & application of wholesale processes, principles & procedures
Demonstrates emerging change management & project management knowledge skills.
Resolves complex issues & problems under some guidance & direction.
Leads preparation of more complex routine & scheduled reports.
Inputs, maintains, & organizes records independently.
Understands & uses corporate systems.
Complies with company policies, procedures, & processes.
Interfaces with wholesale management, business/functions, & wholesale customers to ensure standards, policies & procedures are understood.
