WestCorp Solutions is seeking a Financial Analyst to support our client in Calgary, AB.

Key Accountabilities:

Assists in the preparation of routine transactional tasks, following established procedures, techniques, or methods.
Prepares the monthly JE to allocate maintenance costs from high-level cost center to site level profit center.
Maintains vendor spend report that tracks costs at a PO level to ensure they are being booked accurately.
Prepares quarterly clean up entry to reclass vendor charges to the correct CC/GL.
Refreshes monthly stewardship reports and ensures they reconcile to SAC-P.
Prepares monthly BC/UC submission reports.
Helps with reviewing monthly Corrigo data.
Supports and/or runs various operational reports from legacy systems.
Exercises judgement within limited discretion.
Conducts basic analysis and draws conclusions.
Conducts data gathering activities logically and accurately.
Understands business and financial risks and the need for controls.

Required Qualifications:

Good working knowledge of Finance tools and processes to complete tasks and proactively prioritize work.

Education & Experience:

University degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field with two (2) years experience or Technical Diploma with four (4) years experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite with strong working knowledge of Excel.
Working knowledge of database software (SAP, Prism, BEX, BW, Peoplesoft etc.).

Shift: Monday – Friday (40 hours per week).
