Tasks & Responsibilities:
Assist in developing conditions for bids, proposals, and contracts.
Monitor project’s budget, expenses, payment terms, and other financial obligations.
Ensure contracts and other documents comply with relevant regulations, laws and client standards.
Assist Project Manager and team with bidding process and meetings.
Maintain records and filing systems on existing and new contracts, bids, and proposals.
Review and/or provide guidance in the preparation of contracts, agreements, amendments and change orders.
Assist in Pre and Post-bid meetings.
Assist in negotiating and executing contracts.
Verification that all contractual clauses are included in documents as appropriate.
Manager vendor/supplier performance in relation to contractual agreements.
Ensure compliance to the terms and conditions of the contracts.
Manage contract close-out issues.
Track payments to vendors/contractors as per contract.
Maintain contract files and records, prepare status reports, and reconciles differences with finance and the Project Manager.
Cost Administration.
Assist input and tracking of purchase requisitions.
Tracking of contract change orders.
Daily LEMS and timecards:Track, verify and return field coordinator signed LEMS.
Receive against verified LEMs and timecards.
Verify LEMS match invoices & provide summary report to the Project Manager
Essential Experience and Skills:

Proficiency in legal and commercial contract negotiations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong commercial and business acumen.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Ability to work with a variety of internal customers and external suppliers with time sensitive demands.
Track record of success leading engagements or other problem-solving initiatives requiring coordination of cross- function team members with varied backgrounds and skills.
Deep familiarity and practical experience with enterprise asset management systems (SAP/Oracle).
Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to quickly learn technology.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum seven (7) years relevant experience in strategic sourcing, Supply Chain Management, project management, engineering, or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Engineering, Law, or similar discipline would be considered an asset.
Certifications in disciplines such as Procurement (SCMP/CPSM) would be considered an asset.
Targeted experience in supply chain management including competitive sourcing, supplier negotiations & contract execution, supplier relationship & contract management, spend analytics, and supplier risk management will be considered a strong asset, but not required.
