Responsibilities
Lead subset of opportunities under guidance of senior development lead.
Communicates within multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Able to identify the members of integrated teams and establish credibility.
Facilitate project planning sessions to solicit input and incorporate that input into project scope.
Scope alternatives for the business case.
Able to define the scope of work required to be completed to explore the option.
Able to work with engineering vendors to execute a specific scope of work.
Able to differentiate between symptoms and the root cause of a business problem and identify the root value driver for an opportunity.
Being able to categorize or structure a path forward around opportunities/risks.
Able to handle multi variable problems/opportunities but generally in one business area and fewer variables.
Ability to articulate risk around options, how to identify the risks associated with the initiatives and problems.

Essential Experience and Job Requirements
15 years related to project development and business experience.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
Commercial and/or operations experience in midstream is preferred.
Undergraduate degree and/or professional designation is required.
Experience with project management would be considered an asset.
Accomplished professional with a solid foundation and proven track record of delivering results.
Combines business acumen and technical knowledge to drive optimal financial and risk mitigate decisions.
