WestCorp Solutions is seeking an administrative support for the TTMS project team in Calgary who are mapping operational processes, documenting Operating Procedures, and organizing the dissemination of the new documents and tools. Reporting to the Project Lead (Team Lead Trucking Operations) you will assist in writing operating procedures, coordinating meetings with stakeholders, attend meetings as a scribe to record notes & action items, develop training for approved processes, and assist in creating a management system for the project.

Tasks & Responsibilities

· Creation of Governed Documents (Operating Procedures and Standards)

· Progressing the documents through the approvals and publication steps

· Meeting coordination and scribing

· Updating progress trackers

· Coordinating with stakeholders to provide support toward progress

Skill/Knowledge

· Fluent in English (verbal and written), fluency in French an asset

· Advanced MS Office

· Good communication skills

· Time management skills

· Experience in scribing an asset

· Adaptability to change

· Team Player

· Ability to handle shifting priorities

· Experience with management systems design an asset

Essential Experience and Job Requirements

· post-secondary education

· experience in safety an asset

Term (start and end date): asap – Dec 29, 2023

· Schedule: M-F 8 hours/day (Hybrid: 3 days in office, work from home 2 days)
