WestCorp Solutions is seeking a Reliability Engineer to support our client in Calgary, AB. The successful candidate will report to the team lead (Asset Strategy).

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Set up maintenance program for all new assets installed as part of the project.
Identify critical spares and ensure that order controls are set-up.
Collaborate with Business Units Cross Functional Teams for developing asset strategies, maintenance procedures, and check sheets.
Work with project Engineers to ensure that any action items for risk mitigation identified in PHAs and/or technical deviations are addressed in asset strategies.
Ensure that project timelines are met.

Essential Experience and Job Requirements:
Coordinate with Mechanical and E&I engineers and identify from P&ID, SLD the development of maintenance significant asset list within a defined boundary.
Good understanding of Reliability concepts like Asset criticality, FMEA and RCM.
Review Root Cause Failure Analyses (RCFAs) and corrective actions for repetitive problems.
Good understanding of SAP S4.
Develop Equipment Strategies in GE APM.
Rotating equipment experience with some exposure to piping and fixed equipment is preferred for Mechanical Specialists.
Good understanding of SIL analysis and ability to develop SIF Test procedures and check sheets is preferred for I&C Specialists.
Conversant in SAP, MS-office suite.
Detail orientated with facilitation skills, should be able to manage priorities to balance project timelines and stakeholder requirements.
Collaborative mindset to maintain strong relationship with the stakeholders is essential.
Three (3) years of working experience in oil and gas/petrochemical/process industry.
CET/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 40 hours a week
