Reporting Analyst - JOB ID 631
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Develop, produce and analyze KPIs and incremental reports to support Wholesale Direct Sales and Operations teams.
Collaborate with all Wholesale teams to identify and validate requirements.
Configure and troubleshoot data using advanced analytical tools to create accurate outputs.
Interpret data to enable solid business decision making. Ability to make recommendations that enables Wholesale Sales and Support and business partners to become more cost efficient.
Assist in implementing recommendations for continuous improvement across process & technology enablement functions.
Implement and maintain reporting process documentation and procedures.
Design, test, implement and maintain advanced metrics and predictive models using statistical techniques to contribute to strategy and decisions across all areas within Wholesale.

Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills both written and oral; capable of delivering messages to all levels of the organization.
Process oriented with strong reasoning, problem-solving, creative thinking, and communication skills
Strong business acumen.
Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle completing priorities while managing time appropriately.
Required to readily adapt to changing environments and operational situations.
Self-starter, with a passion for continuous improvement and optimization.
Knowledge in statistical inference, probabilistic modeling, optimization & simulation preferred.
Oil & Gas industry experience preferred.
Essential Experience and Job Requirements:
University or college degree in engineering, business, finance, mathematics or computer science.
Three (3) years business experience in data science.
Experience in configuration of applications for advanced analytics (e.g., Power BI, Power Platform).
Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required (VBA an asset).
Experience with SQL, R, Python or other similar language is an asset.
