SCM Administrator - JOB ID 594

WestCorp Solutions is seeking a SCM Administrator for our client in Calgary, AB. The SCM Administrator will be working as part of the team reporting to the team leader. This work requires communication and teamwork within the company and with our suppliers.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

· Main objectives; Supporting suppliers to complete administration activities in Ariba or Fieldglass


· Experience; Excel and PowerBI as a reporting tool

· The successful candidate is a team player and quick learner

· Great communication skills

· Ability to navigate medium to complex scenarios while guiding suppliers and others at Suncor in the process of supplier information rationalization and integration.

· Requires attention to detail and critical thinking

· Keeping calm under pressure

· Great customer service attitude

· Basic working knowledge of SAP (procurement and contracts) as well as effective use of Microsoft excel, outlook and word.

· Desirable knowledge: understanding of Ariba and Fieldglass and significant experience using SAP to manage purchase orders and contracts.

Essential Experience and Job Requirements:

· Procurement profession; 2-5 years experience managing contracts and purchase orders.

This position is located downtown Calgary in an office environment following regular office hours, hybrid (office-home) work schedule is available. Travel is not required.

Fixed Term: Contract
