Service Enablement Advisor - JOB ID 702

Accountable for end-to-end process advisory work in Workday and ServiceNow. Supporting transactions as submitted by business leaders to support transfers, reporting and compensation changes, position management and re-organizations. Act as front facing liaison to the business when requiring HR support on how to initiate transactions on behalf of their employees. Demonstrates a solid understanding of human resources programs, such as compensation, recruitment, labour relations and talent management.

Key Accountabilities:

Processing transactional requests (organization changes, reporting and compensation changes, transfers) as submitted by business leaders through the Workday system.
Managing leader requests and general inquiries through ServiceNow and assigning to the appropriate HR groups.
Managing leader expectations by adhering to standard HR Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Support leader inquiries through various channels of communication: Leader chat, Teams, ServiceNow.

Education & Experience:

Experience and knowledge in Workday technology platform and ServiceNow is considered an asset.
