Tasks & Responsibilities

· Your duties include administrative work such as responding to emails and calls from multiple stakeholders, attending meetings on operational issues, and coordinating with our carrier partners and our customers.

· You will also evaluate, coordinate, and follow to resolution any operational issues such as product mixes, safety concerns reported by carriers or advisors, investigate volume discrepancies or suspected mixes, capture data for our KPI reporting, and provide assistance as required to the Truck Logistics team.

· Respond to emails and calls regarding trucking activities

· Investigate operational issues to resolution

· Manage reported safety concerns to resolution

· Investigate Redirects

· Assist with special operations such as new site set up, coordinate deliveries around construction projects, badging requests, etc.

· Enter applicable data in our various systems for reporting purposes

· Provide support as requested to the Truck Logistics team

Skill/Knowledge

· Fluent in English (verbal and written), fluency in French an asset

· Advanced MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneNote, Word)

· Good communication skills

· Time management skills

· Team Player

· Adaptability to change

· Ability to handle shifting priorities

Essential Experience and Job Requirements

· post-secondary education

· experience in customer relations

· experience in the fuel industry an asset

Assets:

· Oil and Gas experience.

· A professional designation.

· Cross-functional project management experience.

· SAP functional experience (S/4).

· Engineering or inventory experience.

· Leadership experience.

· Term (start and end date): asap – Dec 29, 2023

· Schedule: M-F 8 hours/day (no stat holidays) with staggered start times between 6am and 10am. Hybrid (3 days in office, work from home 2 days)
